Honestly I can’t explain why it worked because I’ve literally been trying to stop biting my nails since I was about 10 but this has just worked ?!?! The meditation I used was called ‘guided imagery to stop biting your nails’ on insighttimer! nooo idea why it worked lol 🤪🤪 & thank you soooo much, means a lot xxx
